The foundation of my trading evolves around swing formations, candle profiling, phases of price, aligning expansion candles and key levels. I trade both reversals (through swing points) and continuations (through fvgs). I only trade the New York session and I mainly focus on indices but I do also trade metals.
I trade asset classes via triads. For indices, I monitor NQ / ES / YM / RTY and for metals I utilize GC / SI / XAU/EUR / XAU/GBP. I do this because I use concepts such as cracks in correlation (smt / psp), asset synchronization and strength switching. These concepts help me to filter between high probable and low probable price action.
I use a CSD as my confirmation to enter a trade but, this must align with my HTF context and logic. The LTF reversal must present me a V-shape signature and I typically require the entire triad to reverse simultaneously. I execute my trades on the following time frames: M5 / M3 / M2 / M1
